Event Schedule, Directions, Parking, Packing Suggestions, Nearby Hotels

The Roak family of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, has been kind enough to let us use their property for the annual Fest. They have a beautiful home, barn, pool and grassy field. Most festers bring a tent and camp-out for the full Fest weekend. MemFest is a family event. Saturday dinner and Sunday brunch are provided as are beverages and port-o-johns. No fee to attend, however donations are encouraged.  MemFest costs over $3000 - much of that is covered by the sponsors.

EVENT SCHEDULE (such that it is):

Friday -  arrivals, tent set up, tapping of the kegs, zero-K, begin cooking pig, cornholing

Saturday - more arrivals, sports (softball, volleyball, kickball, dorkball, bocce-ball, yolf, etc..), pool-time
Late afternoon - annual BBQ, with rolls, tons of slaw and other side dishes and desserts provided
Evening - socializing - pass the pigs, thumper, eat-the-egg, more cornholing etc...

Sunday - The Annual "Cowboy Breakfast", more sports, pool-time

Monday - Clean-up, pack-up, departures

DIRECTIONS:

In case there is some psycho reading this out there, we don't want to let them know where we will be camping.
So, for complete directions - email Festmaster

PARKING:

Parking in the driveway is very tight.  If you are just coming for the day, you can try parking along the main road - although it is busy.
If you are camping, we recommend that you park at the bank up the street.
For complete parking info - email Festmaster
